Farm, Coimbra, Tábua
62.000 €70.000 €
What is it?
This is a plot of over 2.5 hectares on the outskirts of the village Percelada. The land is quite varied: farmland, an olive grove, forest and a river that still has water in September. On the floor are two barns of about 80m² and 40m². One was probably a house.
If the land is going to be used for agriculture it is very likely rebuilding the barns is permitted. A building permit for a house may be granted if the shed registered building could be registered as a residence. These opportunities need to be explored.
What about the facilities?
Connection to electricity and water will basically be no problem since the plot is adjacent
to a public road in which electricity and waterworks already are present. Phone / ADSL are also within easy reach.
The property stands out for its variety of trees, beautiful expansive terraces, a stream that always has water and also the rougher parts with rocks. There are beautiful old olive trees and some fruit trees. It is a very private quinta, but not remote or isolated.
