What is it?
It is a nice house in the village that consists of two floors. The ground floor is an ample space that currently serves for garage and storage. It can also be remodeled to be part of the house. The living area, on the first floor, consists of 3 bedrooms (one of them small), living room with balcony and fireplace, kitchen and a bathroom. The house has 90m2 of area per floor.
How about the facilities?
The house has own water from the well, but it is possible to connect to the public service that already passes in the street. It has electricity and septic tank.
Is there an outdoor space?
To the rear of the house is a small yard with an orange tree, a mandarin, a lemon tree, a cherry tree and a peach tree. At the front there is room for circulation and space to plant some flowers. The land area is about 300 m2 but only 130 m2 are registered.
This house is ideal for those who enjoy living in a village and are looking for a rural atmosphere. It offers beautiful views of the village and mountains. The house is basically habitable, but does not match modern comfort standards. However, the house can be easily modernized without a license since (as long as the structure is not changed) does not require camera permission.
Where is it?
The house is located at the entrance of the village of Lageosa. The accesses are good. It has two entrances, one at the front (paved) and the other at the back (clay). In Lageosa there are two cafes. In Tábua, about 5 km away, you will find all the essential services such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, health services, schools, library, buses, train station and weekly market. Coimbra is about 45 km away.
